Madalyn / Hospital Lifestyle Session

I met Pat on the day he was born. In fact, my mom and I were the first to see him after he was born (in true Duluth fashion, our parents were friends and we ran into Mike outside the hospital who excitedly invited us up to see Cathy + Pat, us not knowing no one else had visited yet) We beat everyone to it – and had to return the ‘newborn’ outfit we bought at the hospital gift store because a certain 10lb baby boy was not going to fit into that! Thus began a lifelong friendship between the Miller kids + Cane kid and a lot of years of laughter and adventures with our parents.

Two years ago I had the honor of photographing Pat + Abby’s Wedding Day in Duluth (See some of that gorgeous day here) and was excited to capture this next big adventure in their life together! Miss Madalyn Jo Miller arrived in the morning on June 10th – coming into the world at 7lbs 13oz + 19.5 inches. Seeing these two become parents is incredible, and the way they look at that baby girl melts my heart. Maddie, you are absolute perfection and so loved. I can’t wait to see what Big things the future has in store for you! xo
