Lake Superior Wedding & Events Magazine

This past October I was given an awesome opportunity to enter a contest through the Lake Superior Wedding & Events Magazine called Project Style. Local wedding photographers were given a model, hair stylist, makeup artist & theme: mine was Urban Chic. We were able to choose our location, with the dresses & accessories supplied by local dress vendor ‘Bethany’s Closet’. After much debate I decided that ‘Tycoon’s Alehouse & Eatery’ in downtown Duluth was the best choice. Owned by the same team that oversee the Brewhouse, Burrito Union, & Red Star Lounge – Tycoon’s was opened last January in the refurbished Duluth City Hall building. With beautiful woodwork & original decor, it was the perfect setting for our shoot. My model, Jonna, was an absolute joy to work with & I have had the pleasure of becoming friends with my talented hair & makeup gals.
